To avoid wasting time before the meeting, please review these resources to ensure you know what to expect from the consulting session.
What to expect from your consultation
What happens during the first meeting?
The first meeting is a focused discovery conversation. We will discuss your current Dayforce environment, business priorities, project stage and the challenges you need to solve.
We will then recommend a practical next step, which may include a deeper discovery session, implementation support, architecture review, integration consultation or optimisation assessment.
Do I need to be an existing Dayforce customer?
No. Magnisol works with organisations that are still exploring Dayforce, preparing for implementation, currently implementing or already live on the platform.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The initial consultation is complimentary and designed to determine whether Magnisol is the right partner for your needs.
If further discovery or technical assessment is required, we will explain the recommended scope and any associated costs before proceeding.
Who should attend the meeting?
The most useful attendees are usually the people responsible for HR, payroll, workforce management, technology, finance or the Dayforce programme.
You do not need to bring the entire project team to the first meeting.
Can Magnisol support an implementation already underway?
Yes. We can review your current architecture and implementation approach, identify risks or gaps and provide the specialist support needed to move the programme forward.
Do you support multi-country implementations?
Yes. Magnisol supports global and multi-region Dayforce programmes, including architecture, governance, regional rollout planning, integrations and specialist delivery support.
