Niels Heuer is The Chairman and Senior Project Manager for TeamR3 A/S. Niels is responsible for the quality assurance and project delivery of all Team R3 engagements.

After graduating with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Aalborg, Denmark, Niels successfully finished his Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Organization and Management.

Before co-founding TeamR3 in 1999, Niels Heuer worked as consultant and project manager for Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and IBM. Today Niels Heuer manages TeamR3’s larger projects.
