Kim Nielsen is CEO , President and co-founder of TeamR3 A/S in Viborg, Denmark. Under Kim’s leadership, TeamR3 has grown from 3 employees in 1999, to more than 30 employees today. Kim has worked on several large SAP HR projects, embracing a wide variety of experience from the practical implementation of business processes to strategic consulting for complex organizations.

Before founding TeamR3, Kim worked for more than 5 years in the discrete manufacturing industries. After graduating from the University of Aalborg, Denmark, with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Kim successfully finished his Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Accounting.
